Based out of Hokkaido, RoughSketch is the biggest name in Japan when it comes to hardcore techno. Bringing influences from the dutch artists and infusing them with his own sound has allown him to release on top labels like Megarave Records and his own imprint Notebook Records, which has released the best Japanese talent.
